Role Description

The role supports daily CNC machining operations to ensure efficient production of precision components. Responsibilities include:


• Assisting CNC machinists with machine setup, operation, and tool changes


• Operating CNC milling and turning machines under supervision


• Performing deburring, finishing, and quality checks on machined parts


• Accurately packing, labeling, and preparing components for dispatch


• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment


• Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the shop floor

Qualifications & Skills


• Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes


• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements (preferred)


• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools,


• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow supervisor instructions


• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic


• Prior experience in a machining, metal fabrication, or manufacturing environment is highly regarded


• Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
