About the role

Join the dedicated team at Cate's Chemist as a full-time Pharmacy Assistant. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our pharmacy operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their pharmacy needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supporting inventory, supplier, category, delivery and packing automated systems
  • Maintaining records and data entry to support pharmacists and the overall business
  • Merchandising a neat and well-stocked retail area
  • Providing general administrative support to the pharmacy team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management
  • Digital competency and quick learner in using computer-based specialistic pharmacy systems, and M365 applications such as Planner, ToDo, OneNote and SharePoint.
  • A passion for healthcare and a commitment to upholding high professional standards
