- Road-testing our luxury off-road campers with your family and then sharing your lived experiences with your buyers?
- Wearing shorts to work (but only if you have the knees for it)

Requirements Do you have the following qualities:
1. Excellent communication skills: A great sales team member should have strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers effectively, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
2. Customer-centric approach: The focus should be on understanding the needs and preferences of the customers and providing solutions that address their specific requirements.
3. Strong product knowledge: A good sales team member should have a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
4. Adaptability: Sales environments can be fast-paced and ever-changing, so being able to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges is essential.
5. Team player: A great sales team member should be able to work effectively with colleagues and support each other in achieving shared goals.
6. Goal-oriented mindset: Setting and working towards sales targets is a key aspect of being successful in sales, so having a goal-oriented mindset is crucial.
7. Resilience: Rejection and setbacks are a normal part of sales, so having the ability to bounce back from disappointments and continue working towards success is important.
8. Positive attitude: Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude can help inspire both colleagues and customers and drive success in sales.
9. Problem-solving skills: Being able to think creatively and find solutions to challenges that arise in the sales process is an important skill for a great sales team member.
