About the position:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for installations and great customer service? We're looking for a skilled Appliance Installer to bring seamless solutions to our customers' homes

You'll be installing a range of home appliances – think ovens, cooktops, fridges, dishwashers, washing machines, and rangehoods – and making our customers' day, one installation at a time

  • Arrange arrival times with customers, ensuring they know exactly when their new appliances will be delivered.
  • Ensure a precise fit by making minor adjustments to cabinets or benchtops when needed.
  • Install a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances (dishwashers, rangehoods, microwaves, fridges) like a boss.
  • Troubleshooting installation challenges and ensuring every appliance is functioning perfectly.
  • Remove old appliances and packaging materials, leaving customers' homes spotless.
  • Use your trade expertise to troubleshoot any hiccups and keep customers smiling.

Shift Details:

  • Permanent Full-Time.
  • Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm (No weekends)
  • Overtime & Tips available
  • Competitive salary package + plus superannuation
  • Company vehicle, tools, uniform, and phone.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in appliance installation, handyman work, cabinetry adjustments, or a similar hands-on trade.
  • You'll be on the road, so a solid driving history is key.
  • You take safety seriously—both yours and the customers'.
  • You love interacting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • You can handle busy schedules and unexpected challenges without missing a beat.
  • A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Comfortable using basic applications to manage schedules, quotes, and updates.
