Role details

·       Afternoon and Saturday morning shifts across a range of classes

·       Approximately 10–15 hours per week

·       Competitive hourly rate

What You'll do

·       Lead dynamic group fitness sessions that challenge, inspire, and empower members

·       Deliver exceptional coaching with a focus on technique, safety, and progression

·       Build genuine connections with members to keep them motivated and accountable

·       Create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels like they belong

·       Support the team by living Fitstop's mission, vision, and values every day

·       Continuously upskill and invest in your own development and that of the community

What We're Looking For

·       Passion for group fitness and a proven ability to coach and inspire

·       Energetic, approachable, and community-minded attitude

·       Commitment to personal and professional growth, you want to get better every day

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people from all walks of life

·       Availability to train during peak hours and a commitment to being part of a high-performing team

·       Previous experience in group fitness or a similar role is highly valued (but not mandatory if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn)

·       Current first aid/CPR & minimum Cert III in Fitness
