Position Overview:

4 Seasons Traffic Management is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to support business growth. The ideal candidates will have experience in various traffic management set ups, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee traffic management strategies for various projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless traffic flow and public safety.
  • Install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, barriers, and traffic cones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures according to industry standards.
  • Monitor traffic conditions and make real-time adjustments to traffic control plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A still valid Workzone Traffic Management Ticket.
  • Comply to the new Austroads requirements e.g. TC1 / TMI1 comb, with at least 6 months experience and or the TC2 / TMI 2 comb.
  • Experience in traffic management set ups on DIT roads and council streets.
  • Strong understanding of traffic control regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • WHS White Card.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aider and CPR
  • Must be able to supply a Police Clearance Certificate
