We are currently seeking a Casual Invigilator to support the administration and supervision of exams for our Bachelor of Business students for Adelaide Campus. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing exams, ensuring a fair and compliant environment, and upholding Stanley College's high standards.

Role Overview:

As a Casual Invigilator at Stanley College, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of exams for the Bachelor of Business program. This role is essential to upholding the integrity of our examination processes and ensuring that all students have a consistent and equitable testing experience.

The Invigilator will be required at the end of each academic semester (three times per year), during the peak examination periods. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise students during exams, ensuring compliance with college policies and examination procedures. You will work closely with academic staff and the Exam Coordinator to maintain a structured and orderly environment, ensuring that exams run efficiently and without disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Examination Preparation:

• Assist in setting up the examination venue to meet required standards
• Verify and distribute exam materials, such as question papers and answer booklets
• Ensure equipment (clocks, signage, etc.) is in place and functional

Examination Supervision:

• Monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Maintain a quiet, orderly exam environment conducive to fair testing
• Address disruptions or issues promptly, adhering to procedures
• Verify student identities and maintain accurate attendance records

Post-Examination Duties:

• Collect and organize completed exam materials for submission to the Exam Coordinator
• Report any irregularities or breaches to the Exam Coordinator
• Assist in preparing incident reports when necessary

Workplace Safety and Compliance:

• Take proactive measures to ensure personal safety and report unsafe conditions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all processes align with college policies
