We are a growing cleaning business looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our mobile team. You will be traveling to residential homes across designated areas to perform cleaning services. This is a commission-based role – you get paid per completed job, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance and number of jobs completed.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to client homes for scheduled cleanings
  • Perform general residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Report completed jobs via phone/app
  • Communicate with management regarding availability and job updates

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required – training provided)
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • ABN (or willingness to get one – we can guide you)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
