What you'll do:
- Lead planting, site prep, irrigation, and seed collection.
- Support bushland care, restoration, and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee timber work including pallets & cray pots.
- Coach, mentor & empower employees to achieve their goals.
- Ensure safe, high-quality work across all projects.
What you'll bring:
- Natural leadership, patience & positivity.
- Experience in horticulture, land management, or timber industries.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Safety-first mindset + relevant clearances/licences.
