Job description

Doctors on Darling is well established Medical Practice who have been providing exceptional healthcare for 35 years.

We are looking for a committed and reliable employee who is keen to learn and work proactively as part of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • Liaising with other health professionals and hospitals
  • Stock management
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • All other ad hoc secretarial duties
  • Opening and or closing of practice

Skills Required:

  • Medical Reception experience preferred
  • Preferred experience with Best Practice
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • An empathetic, positive and can do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
