Doctors on Darling is well established Medical Practice who have been providing exceptional healthcare for 40 years.

We are looking for a committed and reliable employee who is keen to learn and work proactively as part of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Collecting and processing payments
- Liaising with other health professionals and hospitals
- Stock management
- Data entry
- Answering phone enquiries
- All other ad hoc secretarial duties
- Opening and or closing of practice

Skills Required:

- Medical Reception experience preferred
- Preferred experience with Best Practice
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- An empathetic, positive and can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player

Pay: $24.02 - $33.25 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
