The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Investor Relations Analyst to join our high-performing Finance and Investor Relations team. This role is pivotal in strengthening IMDEX's relationships with the investment community by ensuring our strategy, financial performance, and ESG commitments are clearly and consistently communicated.
You will work closely with senior leadership to manage market perceptions, deliver impactful communications, and provide insights that support investor confidence and engagement. This is a global-facing role with exposure to institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
While a strong preference is given to candidates based in Perth, we are open to considering applicants located in Sydney who meet the role requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of IMDEX's investor relations strategy.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, ASX announcements, and digital content.
- Leverage digital platforms (website, webcasts, social media) for transparent investor communications.
- Monitor broker consensus, market trends, and investor sentiment.
- Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial results.
- Prepare investor-related content for quarterly and annual reports.
- Develop Q&A materials to support CEO and CFO engagements.
- Work with Communications and ESG teams to integrate ESG metrics into investor communications.
- Monitor ESG trends and regulatory developments.
- Ensure compliance with ASX listing rules and corporate governance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and disclosures.

Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives make you a key contributor to IMDEX's market presence.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations, broking, finance, or corporate development within an ASX-listed company.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in ESG reporting and communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience supporting investor relations for ASX 200 companies.
- Investor relations qualification (e.g., AIRA or equivalent).
- Postgraduate qualification relevant to Investor Relations.
- Exposure to the Resources or Technology sectors.
