Job Description

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of Outside School Hours Care while driving excellence, growth, and innovation As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee 10 services spanning Munster to Mount Pleasant, ensuring each one thrives in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where children feel engaged and supported.

Your Role & Mission

As a key leader, you'll work hands-on in services, stepping into ratio when needed, role modeling best practices, and mentoring your teams to achieve greatness. You'll be the driving force behind:

Quality & Compliance – Champion continuous improvement and raise service standards to ensure top-tier assessment ratings.
Leadership & Mentoring – Train, support, and develop your team to unlock their full potential
Risk & Safety Management – Keep services safe and secure, minimizing risks while fostering well-being. Positive Relationship Management – Build strong, trusting connections with team members, families, and school communities

Who Are We Looking For?

We need a dynamic leader with passion, drive, and expertise

2 years of experience working with children
Multi-site management expertise within the OSHC sector
Diploma or higher in a relevant field
Current & valid checks (State Work with Children, First Aid incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
Food Handling/Safety certification (desirable)
Valid driver's license & permanent Australian work rights
