We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our regional Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) operations in Perth. As an OSHC Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service excellence and supporting growth across multiple services and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver best-in-market OSHC services that exceed customer expectations
  • Promote service excellence through quality improvement initiatives and staff development
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children by providing high-quality supervision and support
  • Supervise staff, children, and OSHC services within your portfolio, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Manage multiple services across various locations, fostering effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership or management capacity
  • Demonstrated multi-site experience within the OSHC sector, showcasing ability to adapt to diverse environments
  • A relevant Diploma or higher qualification, such as early childhood education or related field
  • A current and valid state check to work with children, ensuring safeguarding of vulnerable groups
  • A current and valid First Aid Certificate, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, to ensure emergency response preparedness
  • A Food handling/Safety qualification is desirable but not essential
  • A current driver's license and ongoing Australian work rights
