The Little Big Dairy Company…

… is a family-owned dairy manufacturing and distribution company based in Dubbo. Our factory is 15 minutes from Dubbo overlooking the dairy farm.

We bottle 110,000 litres of milk each week to service over 1,000 retail and cafe customers across the state and into the ACT with our premium sustainable dairy products.

We are a rapidly growing company doubling our capacity annually. A combination of uptake in new technology and new team members allows us to meet this growth.

We have complete control of the way our products are produced, from how the grass is grown, how the animals are cared for, through to the way supermarket and café shelves are packed. This gives our customers a high quality, multiple award winning single source milk, with traceability, integrity and transparency throughout the supply chain.

The Role

Our business is built on strong customer relationships. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, fit, and healthy driver to service our café and retail customers in the Central West and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have their HR license and have the option to be rostered to drive to bulk deliveries to our depots in Newcastle and Canberra.

HR licence and forklift desirable but not essential

The right person will have:
  • HR licence desirable but not essential (willing to obtain essential)
  • Forklift licence desirable

  • Communicate well
  • Drivers licence/with good record
  • Works well in a team with a can do attitude
