SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Due to continued portfolio growth we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with experience in managing large-scale projects and events and working with multiple stakeholders to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the helm of stewarding projects, driving commercial outcomes, managing external stakeholders and internal project teams, and delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. Reporting to our Head of Operations Lani Swanton and collaborating closely with the portfolio teams, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing high-impact leadership development training projects.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Project Leadership:
Oversee and manage large-scale people-focused projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while exceeding client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Effectively engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Commercial Outcomes:
Drive and optimise commercial outcomes by ensuring projects are strategically aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Quality Assurance:
Uphold and deliver exceptional quality in all project deliverables, maintaining high standards that exceed client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Portfolio, Operations, Project Management and Sales Teams, to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track and successful.

About you:

  • Experienced Business Project Manager:
You bring 10+ years of extensive experience in managing large-scale people-focused projects or events, with a proven track record of success. Please note this is not a technical project manager role.
  • Client Engagement Expert:
You're adept at managing external client relationships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Commercially Savvy:
You have a strong understanding of commercial drivers and are skilled at ensuring projects deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Quality-Focused:
You have a meticulous eye for detail and are committed to delivering the highest quality in all aspects of project management, including client and participant experience.
  • Problem-Solver:
You thrive in fast-paced environments, turning challenges into opportunities and proactively driving projects to success.
  • Collaborative Leader:
Your leadership fosters collaboration across teams, ensuring all members are aligned and working towards common goals.
