We're currently hiring Spray Painters to start immediately working with brand new vehicles to bring them to industry standard in Laverton (Melbourne), Pinkenba (Brisbane), and Kewdale (Perth).

What You'll Do

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings using spray painting techniques
• Carry out paint repairs to customer product to the highest possible standard
• Complete all required paperwork and take accountability for your work quality.
• Maintain equipment & ensure workplace is clean and tidy

• Work in a way that actively promotes the company's commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the workplace

• Carry out any reasonable request that is within your scope of trade, training or knowledge.

• Share ideas and knowledge to find innovative solutions to further enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies.

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in spray painting (automotive, industrial, or commercial)

• Excellent color matching skills

• Ability to maintain focus and work to deadlines

• High attention to detail and a focus on quality

• Reliable, punctual, and always follow OH&S requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Trade Certificate in Auto, Spray Painting – AUR Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology
• Experience in applying decals
