About Us

Activity Care Services is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to participants across the community. We are currently seeking reliable and experienced subcontractor cleaners and gardeners to join our team in providing essential home and garden support for our NDIS participants.

About the Role

As a subcontractor with Activity Care Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our clients. This role involves:

  • Providing general house cleaning services (vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, etc.)
  • Undertaking gardening and outdoor maintenance (lawn mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, green waste removal, etc.)
  • Ensuring all tasks meet high standards of safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Travelling between client homes as required
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and the Activity Care Services team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Your own cleaning and gardening equipment in good working order
  • A reliable vehicle with a valid driver's licence
  • ABN (Australian Business Number) for subcontracting purposes
  • Previous experience in cleaning and/or gardening (NDIS or community sector experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to move between multiple clients during the day
  • Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
