About the Role

Due to business growth, we are looking for ournext Internal Sales Consultant. This critical business position is responsible for converting service enquiries into sales through engaging with potential customers to highlight the benefits of moving with a trusted partner.

As the primary point of contact for telephone-based sales, your key responsibilities will include:

• Effectively managing enquiries and achieving strong conversion rates.
• Interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure all commitments and customer requirements are understood and met.
• Scheduling appointments for external Sales Consultants to close enquiries.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving to resolve customer issues and ensure positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction with the Grace service.

Our new team member will have:

• Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of our high customer service standards and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction results.
• Previous sales/customer service experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales/customer service experience.
