Join Our Team at Redcape Hospitality

Redcape Hospitality is seeking passionate, caring, people-centric individuals to join our new Sinnamon Park store Team as one of our Casual Bottle Shop attendants. You would assist your Bottle Shop Manager in conjunction with the collective team to successfully operate the store in a hands-on role within a FOH & BOH capacity.

Our store in Sinnamon Park is going through a new fit out and is located within a developing shopping village and expanding on the success of our well-established drive-thru store attached to the Durack Tavern.

Flexible start dates are available, allowing the successful candidate to commence employment, receive training and be supported by our senior retail prior to the opening date in mid September.

This role may be available in a Full Time capacity for the right candidate if mutually beneficial for both parties.

• An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Previous cash handling skills experience preferable
• High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role.
• Flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts which may include opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our operating hours. For more information, please visit:
• A current RSA certification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required/mandatory.
• A Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
