We are seeking applications for the role of Enrolments Administrator from experienced, forward-thinking candidates who are passionate about Christian education. Reporting to the Enrolments Manager, this position is based across our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Working as one of the College's first point of contact, the successful applicant will have professional customer service to new and existing families and students, and the College community. The role will assist the Enrolments Manager in coordinating our College open days, manage databases, and other administrative work such as providing customer focused support to staff, parents and external stakeholders. Experience in fast-moving and busy areas that require focus and well-developed verbal and written communication skills, outstanding confidentiality and trustworthiness, and very good interpersonal skills, will ensure your success in the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced or newer administrators alike, to work with a supportive team in this highly visible administrative function across both campuses.
