St Agatha's Catholic Primary School is an inclusive, inviting and team orientated workplace. The school is located centrally in Cranbourne. It is a short work from the shopping center and public transport. Child care centers are located conveniently close to the school which is terrific for staff with young children who may require child care options.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- The successful applicant will teach a small class of 20 Year 6 students within a supportive and experienced teaching team.
- This is a full time position, however, part time options can be considered. It is a fixed-term position ending on 26th January, 2026 with a strong opportunity to become ongoing with ongoing teaching positions soon to be advertised.
- This position is available for an immediate start. Starting date can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
- Salary, $78,801 - $116,894 (full time rates)
- This is a teaching position under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited, School and Secretariat Agreement 2022.
- The successful applicant will be supported to gain or maintain accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced teacher or could be a graduate or with permission to teach (PTT) teacher with a passion for making a difference in the lives of learners.
You may have experience working within Catholic Education or be from another educational sector and interested in developing experience in the catholic sector.
You will have a great sense of humor and enjoy working within a team.
You will be committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and you will have a commitment to excellence in learning and teaching and embrace expert teaching practices.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant must hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration with relevant teaching qualifications
