What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, helping customers find frames that suit style, fit, and function.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including stock management, order processing, and smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records for all customers and manage optical orders with precision.
  • Provide expert optical advice: interpret prescriptions, recommend lenses, and take precise measurements and fittings.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
  • Ensure high standards across all areas of the store, from customer service to operational accuracy.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience in optical dispensing, ideally with mentoring or team guidance experience.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confident supporting operational processes, record keeping, and order management.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to help the team succeed.
