Junior Production & Design Assistant – Trophies & Awards

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on person to join our team. This is a varied role that combines design work, laser engraving, and assisting in the production room. You'll be part of a supportive team where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate laser engraving and other production equipment
  • Assist in the design and setup of artwork (CorelDRAW or similar software)
  • Prepare and assemble trophies, awards, plaques, and related products
  • Maintain a clean and organised production area
  • Work to deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Provide customer service support as needed

About You:

  • Experience with design software (CorelDRAW preferred, but others considered)
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and hands-on production tasks
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively
  • A positive team player with good communication skills
  • Previous experience with laser engraving or sign-making is an advantage (but training will be provided)
