We are on the lookout for a Preparation Operator to join our Operations team on a fixed morning shift – 3:00am to 11:15am, Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for an early riser who wants to finish their working day before most people's lunch break.

About the Role

  • Operate and maintain preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare ingredients, pastry, dough and mixes to recipe and quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork, checks and cleaning requirements.
  • Support a safe, efficient and team-focused production environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred).
  • A strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
  • Reliability and commitment to early morning starts.
  • Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
