**Salary**: AUD $90,000-$100,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

**Employment Type**: Full-time (38 hours per week)

**Location**: 13 Timms Place, Morley WA 6062

**Commencement Date**: Upon grant of Subclass 482 Visa

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

To carry out interior and exterior plastering and rendering tasks on both residential and commercial projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the Site Supervisor to assess project requirements and plan plastering tasks accordingly
- Set up scaffolding, tools, mixer, and materials
- Clean and prepare work surfaces
- Create smooth, sanded or textured finishes as specified
- Level and straighten ceiling surfaces, corners, and angles
- Finish undersides of concrete floors
- Maintain compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**:

- A relevant Australian Certificate IV (or overseas equivalent) with at least 1 year of full-time, relevant work experience
- Demonstrated plastering experience

**OR**
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant full-time work experience in place of formal qualification

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**

**Essential**:

- Sound knowledge of trade industry operations
- High attention to detail
- Fast, efficient, and dependable work ethic

**Desirable**:

- Technical trade knowledge in construction
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

**PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT REVIEW**

A formal performance appraisal will be conducted annually by the Directors, aligned with the anniversary of employment commencement.
