Ritemate Australia is a leading supplier in the workwear and apparel industry, known for reliability, service and a strong team culture. We are seeking a motivated Inventory & Stockflow Supervisor to oversee warehouse inventory operations and support the smooth running of stock movement across our site. 

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role will supervise inventory control and daily stockflow activities across the warehouse. You'll be responsible for accuracy, efficiency, and supporting a small team to meet daily operational and safety standards. Total Package (inc. super): $75,600 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily stock movements, ensuring correct processes (FIFO, replenishment, stock rotation).

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and warehouse systems.

  • Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and reconciling discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams on stock planning and flow.

  • Monitor stock KPIs (turnover, ageing, stockouts) and report to management.

  • Ensure WHS compliance for all storage, labelling, and stock handling.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse team members.

  • Assist in planning for container unloading and seasonal stock management.

  • Act as a key point of contact for stock-related queries.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management.

  • Forklift licence (essential).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Clear communication skills across all levels.

  • Ability to lead, supervise and train team members.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in inventory systems.
