Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic red trucks to deliver for customers? As our HR/HC Truck Driver at our friendly Redbank Transport facility, you'll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You'll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn't get better than that

This is based on an initial 6 month secondment opportunity with a rotating night shift roster Sunday - Thursday between a 7.30pm pm start. Opportunity may be offered for permanency.

You'll be

  • Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

About you

You're friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, and love autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You're passionate about making a difference in the community.

You'll also need to

  • Hold a relevant HC - preferred vehicle license
  • Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
  • You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
  • Be fit enough to unload and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights (16kg lifting capacity).
