About the role

Heavy Carrying Solutions is seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland. As a professional Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of heavy goods throughout the region. This is a full-time position, offering competitive salary and benefits. Casual positions available also.

What you'll be doing

  • This job will involve the safe operation of both HR and HC trucks to deliver a variety of heavy goods
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any maintenance issues
  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of driving and delivery activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

  • Valid HC driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Confidence with manual Road-Ranger Gearboxes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience driving HR or HC class vehicles
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
