Sparkling Green Cleaning is a high-end, eco-friendly cleaning company, trusted to care for exclusive private clients and select commercial premises across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — including luxury homes, boutique clinics, childcares and retail spaces. We are seeking a Senior Cleaner / Supervisor to join our elite team.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior role where you will lead by example, working within and guiding small teams to ensure every property and workplace is presented at the highest possible standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and supervising premium quality cleans in residences and boutique commercial spaces
  • Maintaining and enforcing our attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Communicating with clients and team members in a polished, professional manner
  • Training, guiding and mentoring staff to meet expectations
  • Taking initiative and solving challenges with autonomy and discretion
You Will Bring
  • Previous experience in luxury homes, private estates, 5-star hotels or boutique commercial spaces
  • Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to excellence
  • Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • A reliable, proactive and self-driven approach to work
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle
  • National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Absolute confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness when working in private environments
