We are a young, vibrant, and growing firm which prides itself on providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a Lawyer who is newly admitted and up to three years post admission experience to join our team.

Saines Legal is a busy, well-respected employment law practice. The role is for an up-and-coming lawyer who has a strong interest in employment law. We are committed to fostering a work environment where our staff feel supported and can learn. The right candidate will share our passion for providing our clients with quality advice and service.

Key duties include:

Provide written and verbal advice to clients;

Represent clients in Court or Commissions;
-
Prepare legal documents for filing in the Court or Commission; and
-
Manage your own files under the supervision of your senior lawyer.
Salary is negotiable, however dependent upon experience. Start date will also be negotiated with the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements

Completed Bachelor of Law (or equivalent);

Admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court or eligible for admission;

Able to work in a collaborative team environment; and
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
