Tasks & responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements for individuals, trust, companies, partnerships and self-managed superannuation fund, tax returns and activity statements.
  • Supporting clients with tax planning and minimisation strategies.
  • Providing general accounting and advisory services
  • Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborating with the tax and accounting team to ensure high-quality client service
  • Continuously building on your technical knowledge in a fast-evolving industry

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 year or more experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using HandiSoft, Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office. Experience is using BGL will be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
