Tyre Fitter – Truck Maintenance Facility | Onslow FIFO

2:1 Roster | FIFO Monday | Days & Nights

Jundalya is proud to partner with a longstanding client to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Tyre Fitter to join the Truck Maintenance Team at the Onslow TMF.

About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining tyres for Heavy Road Train (off-road spec) vehicles, with some work on light vehicles and small mobile plant machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

· Performing routine tyre inspections, changes, and callouts along the haul road

· Working across a diverse fleet, including:

Ø  Multi-combination Kenworth 909 triple combination Road Trains

Ø  Toyota light vehicles

Ø  Small Loaders and Water Carts

Ø  Heavy Rigid Service and Asphalt trucks

· Completing wheel changes (tyre + rim together). While no strip & fit work is required, prior exposure to this is essential.

Roster & Conditions

2/1 FIFO roster (days and nights, rotating)

Fly-in / fly-out Monday

About You

Experienced Tyre Fitter with exposure to heavy road train fleets

Confident with wheel changes and familiar with strip & fit practices

Safety-focused and proactive in inspections and maintenance

Flexible and reliable with the ability to work day and night shifts

What You'll Need:

· Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology

· Minimum C Class Australian Driver's Licence

· Physically fit – able to handle hands-on, demanding tasks

· Safety-focused with strong procedural awareness

· Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn and grow
