The Lookout Echo Point is one of the Blue Mountains most iconic destinations, offering breathtaking views, a buzzing cafe, a relaxed restaurant, and a lively bar. We are looking for an energetic Front of House All Rounder to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

About the Role:

This is a hands on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working across a variety of service styles, from cafe to restaurant to bar. You will be an important part of our guest experience, bringing warmth, confidence, and initiative to every shift.

What We're Looking For:

  • Amazing customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable at all times
  • A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask across cafe, restaurant, and bar service
  • Comfortable working in a busy, high volume venue
  • Availability for peak periods including Christmas Day, the Christmas season, New Year's Day, and Easter weekend
