About us

Fleetrite Pty Ltd is a Toowoomba based business who specialises in fabrication, repair and refurbishment of equipment for the Transport, Waste and Agriculture industry.

Qualifications & experience

  • A minimum 3 years' welding/trailer & body fit out experience an advantage
  • Qualification not a neccessity but a minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Good work ethic, punctuality, safety and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Able to successfully work under pressure both individually and in a team
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions and think outside the box

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ability to fabricate components and complete repairs and modifications on heavy vehicles, trailers and equipment
  • Fitouts to Truck and Trailer Chassis
  • Physical fitness as some lifting is involved
  • Able to work in a busy, fast paced workshop
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Abide by Work Health Safety (WHS) guidelines at all times
  • Ability to work regular overtime
  • Able to work Saturdays (only when required)
  • Start date ASAP
