Who do we need?

We are seeking a 
dynamic, confident, and highly motivated
 individual with 
sales experience
who is also committed to providing an 
outstanding customer experience.

Experience within the 
automotive industry
is preferred.

This role would suit candidates with experience in Sales Banking Finance.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will carry out the following tasks:

  • Be the face of our business
  • Key position within our Dealership, the Business Manager will offer market-leading financial products through Australia's largest automotive financier: Toyota Finance
  • Provide an exceptional experience for every guest who walks into our dealership
  • Generate new business and secure motor vehicle finance and insurance
  • Working closely with our sales team and play an integral role in maximising dealership sales
  • Prepare financial documents and contracts
  • Attend regular training to invest in your knowledge
  • Meet set targets and KPIs and reap the rewards
