A growing project delivery business in the power and infrastructure space is looking for a  to help standardise and streamline how projects are documented, tracked, and reported. The role sits at the intersection of quality, systems, and project support—ideal for someone who's both detail-oriented and systems-minded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage templates, registers, and project documentation libraries
  • Develop site and project portals using SharePoint
  • Support project performance tracking through Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Align systems and documentation with ISO 9001 standards and PMBOK methodology
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure documentation supports delivery needs
  • Maintain and improve project support tools related to logistics, safety, and site readiness

Ideal Profile

  • Experience working within engineering, construction, or project delivery environments
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Comfortable managing structured documents such as SWMS, ITPs, registers, and schedules
  • Familiarity with quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Organised, methodical, and proactive—able to bring structure to fast-paced teams
  • Clear communicator, especially in written form, and confident liaising across departments
