We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Pharmacists to join the team at our Acacia Ridge Pharmacy and Sandgate Aged Care Pharmacy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing medication management services to Aged Care facilities
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Ensure continuous improvement and accreditation processes are followed, and maintaining compliance with all applicable legislations
  • Ensuring every customer has a great experience
  • Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
  • Developing and supervising Pharmacy Assistants
  • Supporting Pharmacy Management

About you:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience in hospital or community pharmacy
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to develop appropriate solutions
  • Dispensing experience within a busy pharmacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a kind, caring and compassionate approach
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and win trust of key stakeholders across all levels including doctors and registered nurses
  • A valued team member who aligns their behaviour with the company's vision, mission and values
