Admin/Cleaner (Level 2–3)

Part-time | Mudgee Region | 3–4 Days per Week

We are a growing cleaning business looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a dual role as Admin / Cleaner. This position will begin as a 3-month trial with the potential to move into an ongoing part-time role.

About the Role:

The position is primarily administrative, with occasional cleaning duties when required. A typical week may include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs
  • Communicating with clients by phone, email, or messaging
  • Stock checks and supply ordering
  • Record-keeping, invoicing, and job tracking
  • Supporting the business owner with day-to-day operations
  • Occasional cleaning support (when covering staff or assisting with larger jobs)

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin experience (cleaning industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using email, calendars, and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Hours & Pay:

  • 3 - 4 days per week (flexible across weekdays)
  • 3-month trial period, with the opportunity for ongoing part-time employment
  • Pay in line with the Cleaning Services Award 2020 (Part Time Level 2–3), currently $30.71 – $32.34 per hour plus superannuation (depending on experience and qualifications)
