Admin/Cleaner (Level 2–3)
Part-time | Mudgee Region | 3–4 Days per Week
We are a growing cleaning business looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a dual role as Admin / Cleaner. This position will begin as a 3-month trial with the potential to move into an ongoing part-time role.
About the Role:
The position is primarily administrative, with occasional cleaning duties when required. A typical week may include:
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Communicating with clients by phone, email, or messaging
- Stock checks and supply ordering
- Record-keeping, invoicing, and job tracking
- Supporting the business owner with day-to-day operations
- Occasional cleaning support (when covering staff or assisting with larger jobs)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous admin experience (cleaning industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Confident using email, calendars, and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Hours & Pay:
- 3 - 4 days per week (flexible across weekdays)
- 3-month trial period, with the opportunity for ongoing part-time employment
- Pay in line with the Cleaning Services Award 2020 (Part Time Level 2–3), currently $30.71 – $32.34 per hour plus superannuation (depending on experience and qualifications)
