We are seeking an enthusiastic Site Manager who is looking for Full Time employment opportunities. Join and be part of an expanding team at one our corporate sites Wyong Hospital, Central Coast NSW. Grow with us

The Role:

  • Delivering high quality food for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures
  • Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholders
  • Ensuring consistent food presentation standards are maintained
  • Menu development in conjunction with Chef that incorporates nutrition and healthy eating
  • Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
  • Stock control, including ordering, receiving & stock taking
  • Overseeing the team on site

About You:

  • A passion for great food, beverage and service
  • Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
  • Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading by example
  • A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
  • Proven background of event planning and operations
  • Proven ability of training and development of teams
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
