About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Growth and New Business, this role sits within our content and strategy team.

You will be well versed in social media campaign development and can ideate, write and direct graphics required to support digital content. You will love collaborating across our digital and design teams to achieve outcomes for the accounts you are supporting.

About You

Based in Jolimont, you'll work alongside an inspiring team of writers, strategists, digital specialists and designers to deliver a range of content and digital initiatives.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key client relationships, supporting strategic planning and delivery of initiatives to achieve quality outcomes.

You will implement and execute multi-channel marketing journeys, leveraging data and insights to drive engagement, conversions and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:

  • Developing content plans for accounts and overseeing its implementation across a range of mediums including website, social media, reports and newsletters, brochures, publications, PowerPoint presentations, videos etc.
  • Support email campaign development and distribution.
  • Support social media ideation, creative writing and scheduling.
  • Support strategy and delivery of digital projects, including but limited to auditing content and UX, project management, population, quality assurance and client liaison.
  • Analyse and provide insights, data and keyword research using Google Suite of Tools and other approved platforms to inform content development approaches or digital strategy.

Highly Desirable:

  • Skills in Producing videos and podcasts, animation or photography.
  • 1-3 years Corporate or Agency experience.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, techniques and best practices.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion and interest in staying ahead of emerging social and digital trends.
