_**MatCam CNC Trainer/ Technician.**_

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a (Brand specific) - highly experienced and skilled CNC Machine Service Technician/ trainer to service, repair and install machines and train operators on our Matcam (Multicam -USA) industrial-grade CNC router / Plasma/ Waterjet/ laser and knife cutting machines. This role requires extensive on the job experience, technical expertise, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to travel nationally and internationally to various customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities/ Duties**:
Installation and configuration of CNC cutting machines at customer locations, ensuring compliance with specified standards.

Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal operating condition.

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.

Update and modify CNC programs as needed to optimize performance.

Provide onsite operator training on optimal machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for all service operations.

Communicate effectively with customers and ensure their needs are met to a high standard.

Work in collaboration with the technical support team and share knowledge when necessary. (Training)

**Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 6of10 of below required.**

High School certificate or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operating, servicing and maintaining of Multicam CNC machines.

Strong understanding of CNC programming as pertains to MatCam / Multicam -USA CNC cutting machines

Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems used in Matcam/ Multicam -USA CNC machines.

Experience with CAD/CAM software packages. Preference for Enroute CAM and Rhino 3D

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and tools (up to 50 lbs).

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl for extended periods.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

**Work Environment**:
This job requires working in industrial environments, which can include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Safety gear is provided and must be used as required.

The Matcam/ Multicam - CNC Machine Service Technician will also be expected to manage their schedule efficiently and be comfortable with frequent travel, often at short notice.

**Salary**:
Starting wage is fixed at $70 500.00 per annum.
