Gasco Services WA is a small gas laying company based in Bayswater, WA. Gasco Services WA is currently seeking reliable gas service layers (must have experience) and labourers (aspiring to be gas service layers - no gas service experience required but preferred) to join our team. These roles are for permanent full-time or casual employment ~38/week (Mon-Fri, possible Saturday work available) with career opportunities.

Paid on the job training provided via ATCO Gas.

Positions open to commence ASAP.

**Applicants on temporary working visas won't be considered.

Position 1:

LABOURERS (assistant to Gas Service Layers) - minimal experience required but willingness to learn, several on the job paid training opportunities available.

Position 2:

EXPERIENCED GAS SERVICE LAYER - experience essential in gas main insertions, mains laying, service laying and reinstatement.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Applicants must have permanent work rights within Australia

2. Construction Induction Safety Certificate (white card)

3. Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour duties

  1. Committed to ensuring safe workplace practices

  2. Must be able to read English and speak English fluently

PREFERRED REQUIREMNTS:

  1. Current first aid certificate
  2. Current MR truck driver's licence
  3. Current excavator licence
  4. ATCO Trained ML1 & 2
  5. ATCO Trained SL1 & 2
  6. Experience in laying and installing gas services
  7. Any experience in civil construction
  8. Current driver's licence
