  • Salaries from $100,000 to $122,000, depending on your experience

About the Role:You will manage a mixed-age caseload of NDIS and private clients, treating diverse conditions in clinic and community settings- both in Cairns and occasionally in remote communities across Central QLD and the Northern Territory. Many of your clients will be from First Nations backgrounds, so an interest in and respect for First Nations communities is essential.

You will be supporting clients across the lifespan presenting with:

  • Developmental disorders
  • Brain injuries
  • Learning disabilities
  • Intellectual disabilities
  • Dementia
  • Hearing loss

Support Available to You:

  • Fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Senior SP
  • $1,200 CPD allowance & uncapped CPD leave
  • NO BILLABLE TARGETS- your Allied Health Manager monitors your calendar to ensure your caseload accounts for complexity to support a healthy work/life balance
  • Fortnightly Clinical team training to build your practice and skills

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
