Role description

Inglewood Health are looking for a motivated, aspiring manager to join our team on an ongoing part time basis as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

If you're a Registered Nurse who:

  • Has great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has sound nursing skills including infection control, assessment & care planning experience, and are familiar with the Aged Care Standards
  • Like working in a complex environment and want to be a part of a leadership team striving to provide amazing person-centered care, with support from an experienced team

The ANUM position creates opportunities to gain experience in an In-Charge position, and to lead and manage staff and quality improvement in the unit with a supportive environment.

About you

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services. In this leadership role, the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will consistently model best practices, setting a standard for excellence in patient care. A key focus of the role is to foster and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, their families and the broader community, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
