Inglewood & Districts Health Service (IDHS) is situated in the Shire of Loddon and provides services to more than 5,500 residents in the communities of Bridgewater, Inglewood, Korong Vale, Newbridge, Serpentine, Tarnagulla, Wedderburn and surrounding townships.

Role description
Inglewood Health are looking for a motivated, aspiring manager to join our team on an ongoing part time basis as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
If you're a Registered Nurse who:
- Has great interpersonal and communication skills
- Has sound nursing skills including infection control, assessment & care planning experience, and are familiar with the Aged Care Standards
- Like working in a complex environment and want to be a part of a leadership team striving to provide amazing person-centered care, with support from an experienced team
- Is looking for an opportunity to have a voice in how we can strive to improve our workplace for both staff, patients and their families
- The wish to end your work day with a strong sense of accomplishment & job satisfaction

The ANUM position creates opportunities to gain experience in an In-Charge position, and to lead and manage staff and quality improvement in the unit with a supportive environment.
About you
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services. In this leadership role, the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will consistently model best practices, setting a standard for excellence in patient care. A key focus of the role is to foster and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, their families and the broader community, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
