The Learning, Excellence and Innovation Academy is seeking a Clinical Practice and Project Lead to join their team at the Keswick office on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Supporting departmental growth by creating and delivering comprehensive learning and development programs across all disciplines.
- Providing advice to management on enhancing and redesigning professional service delivery to meet client needs and demand.
- Promoting best practice approaches to drive continuous improvement and uphold high service standards that align with organisational values.
- Developing strategies that help staff consistently apply critical thinking and reflective practice in their daily work.
- Supporting quality case management and outcomes for children under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive through training and reflective leadership.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in delivering clear and effective verbal and written communication to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Competence in leading a culturally responsive practice including delivering training and providing mentorship.
- Experience in identifying opportunities to enhance departmental processes through active participation in improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge at leading and developing staff to achieve quality results by providing appropriate learning and development programs.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing networking strategies to promote communication and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications:
AHP (Allied Health Professional) – Social Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists – appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the appropriate professional association.
