**The opportunity**

Silverchain is currently in an exciting phase of growth, having recently purchased aged care provider, KinCare.

Over the next two years there will be a large scale integration project between KinCare and Silverchain, which includes the adoption of the Silverchain brand by KinCare.

As result, we now require the expertise of a Brand Transition Lead to join our national Brand and Marketing team to help manage the process of scoping, planning and implementation of rebranding KinCare, as Silverchain.

**Key responsibilities**

The major accountabilities of this position are:

- Managing the collection of information to gain scope and planning the rebranding of KinCare, and any subsequent change impacts Silverchain.
- Manage and coordinate the change process across the business together with other key stakeholders across the Silverchain and KinCare Leadership teams.
- Drafting of publication content, coordination of approvals, and design to integrate agreed publications, forms and other shared documents.
- Participating in the National Brand and CX Working Group, and other governance committees as appropriate.
- Planning and supporting the implementation of the digital and systems changes required across Silverchain and KinCare. Including the liaison with external suppliers within contractual parameters to rebrand or change branding according.

**About you**

Specific qualification requirements that are necessary for the role:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or similar.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years working in a marketing communications role.
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing projects to meet critical deadlines and budget parameters.
- Experience in the engagement and direction of creative teams.
- Experience creating and distributing valuable, relevant, consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
- Initiative and ability to problem solve.
- Strong writing and editing skills in print and online channels, with the ability to adapt writing style, tone and voice for different audiences.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiations skills of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Highly effective planning, organisational and personal time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including editing and proof-reading skills.
- Ability to manage a high workload and competing projects.
