Lifestyle Activities Assistant – Residential Care

Cobram Regional Care is a stand-alone, not for profit organisation that has been providing professional, quality aged care services to the local community for over 30 years.

As a Lifestyle Activities Assistant you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents.

This is a Permanent Part Time position (45 hrs per fortnight).

What you will bring to the role:


•Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards


•Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care.


•Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant/Coordinator position (or similar), including dementia care


•Certificate III in Leisure and Health or equivalent


•Demonstrated initiative and ability to be self-motivated, work without supervision and promote a positive lifestyle environment


•Experience using a computerised care management system (desirable) and outstanding computer literacy skills


•Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
