To lead this exciting transition, we are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets in our newly relocated The Block Arcade store.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring store standards of presentation, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising reflecting La Perle's luxury brand image.
  • Manage inventory, sales data, and stock replenishment efficiently.
  • Train, develop, and mentor sales associates to foster a motivated and professional team.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and personalized service.
  • Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and community engagement.
  • Uphold La Perle's reputation for excellence, integrity, and outstanding customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience managing a jewelry or luxury retail store, with a proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Deep passion and knowledge of jewelry, especially pearls and fine jewelry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by shopping centre trading hours.
  • Commitment to upholding the premium standards and reputation of La Perle.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Australia and be available for full-time employment including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience with POS systems, rostering software, and basic financial reporting including wage control and loss prevention management.
